Puzl CowOrKing Launches The View, the Largest Shared IT Office in the Balkans

Puzl CowOrKing has officially opened its third and largest shared IT workspace in Sofia, named 'The View'. Located in the repurposed Vitosha factory, the space spans 2,500 sqm and features preserved industrial elements and a panoramic rooftop restaurant with 360-degree views of the city. With the addition of this new location, Puzl's total office space now exceeds 6,000 sqm, serving more than 80 tech companies.

'‘The View’ was fully booked months before its launch, signaling strong demand for collaborative tech spaces in Sofia. The facility is designed for both small IT companies with up to 20 employees and individual freelancers. Tenants include NetPeak, The Block, and Jarvis. The space supports Puzl’s mission of building a vibrant tech community where collaboration and mutual growth are core values.

Founder Thibaut Taittinger emphasized that the strong pre-launch interest reflects the team’s successful efforts in creating meaningful shared spaces for IT professionals. He highlighted the importance of community, innovation, and support between startups.

This expansion follows previous recognition: in 2017, Puzl CowOrKing was awarded 'Best Coworking Space in Central and Eastern Europe' by the CESA Awards. Now, with an eye on regional growth, the team is exploring locations in Budapest to replicate its successful model abroad.

As Sofia continues to attract IT startups, shared workspaces like Puzl play a critical role in providing accessible, collaborative environments. The opening of 'The View' reaffirms the city's position as a tech innovation hub in the Balkans.
